THE PAY GAP IS A BRAIN GAP ... AND WHAT HAPPENS TO ECONOMIES WHEN MORE WOMEN THAN MEN WORK

A few years ago, I wrote this in which I explained mathematically why the so-called pay gap exists: THE GENDER GAP ISN'T BETWEEN THE LEGS, IT'S BETWEEN THE EARS. THE MYTH OF PAY INEQUALITY FOR WOMEN.
And then when shrew Hillary Clinton ran for the presidency in 2016, she produced an ad with a horrible lie about the so-called pay gap. I wrote this in response to her shenanigans:HILLARY CLINTON WANTS YOU TO JOIN THE LIE FOR EQUAL PAY WITH HER LATEST VOICE-SHRILLED CAMPAIGN AD.
In anticipation of weak, female candidates for the Democratic Party 2020 nomination — Warren, Gillibrand, Klobuchar, Gabbard and the illegal candidate Kamala Harris (see: KAMALA HARRIS IS THE LATEST ILLEGAL CANDIDATE FOR THE USA PRESIDENCY AND THE FIRST ONE FOR 2020) — I worked up a table of IQs by sex.
If you look at the table, you will see that for Borderline to Average intelligence, there is a smidgen more females than males.
Women start to gain the edge only in Low Average and Low Average to Mid Average categories.
But once intelligence hits the High Average, males outnumber females. And the higher up the IQ scale, the greater will be the number of males relative to females even as the total number of smart people shrinks.
And that explains entirely the so-called pay gap. Jobs that pay more do so because the skills needed to do that work become harder to acquire. Smarter people work as engineers, surgeons, statisticians and the like.
With more smarter males, there will be more smarter male workers doing more of the higher paying jobs. These higher paid males skew the average pay for all males upward and thus cause the false appearance of a pay gap.
Only those with borderline intelligence to average intelligence fail to grasp what should be all too easy to understand.
And if you notice the High Average range of 111–120, there are slightly more males than females. This is the range, likely of middle management. And that is why, on average, one should find a few more male managers than female managers.
Individuals are not sexist. Biology is.
These days, more females are in the workforce than males. And that has scary implications for the kind of economy a country can have.
If females are going to comprise most of the workforce, most of the work that can be produced must be more mental than physical. Yet the mental demands can not exceed average intelligence, that is IQ 110. That implies that what gets produced must be easily replicable and ubiquitous.
Thus, by having more females in the economy, likely the economy must tend toward low valued goods.
